- Develop pure culture through different techniques
- Develop quality spawns
- Cultivate button mushroom
- Cultivate oyster mushroom
- Cultivate paddy straw mushroom
- Cultivate milky mushroom
- Maintain quality of produce
- Manage pest and diseases of mushrooms
- Identify and use the equipments required for the control systems of the mushroom house
- Calculate the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of mushroom production
- Maintain health and safety at workplace
